EGF of the distribution and expression

      EGF of angiogenesis is thought to play a key role, in part because the receptors and raised VEGFmRNA expression and regulation angiogenesis. Studies have pointed out that EGF and EGF-R continued combination, it can guide EGF-R into degradation. We study found that in normal tissue and high oxygen lung damage vascular endothelial cells are visible EGFR strong positive expression, blood vessels in the wall of the cable shape distribution, identical with those reported in literature. Our experimental results and by many of the reports in the literature that might be involved in EGF after birth lung angiogenesis and promote the alveolar formation
